Ticket system Once you install MailWizz EMA for the first time, a support account will be created for you on mailwizz.com website.
The credentials will be emailed to you and using them you can login into customers area.
From the customer area you can open a support ticket with your problem.
The support ticket will have priority over the issues submitted via the contact form.
